Poor workmanship and quality

The fans were installed upside down. Pull air up and away from the radiator. The fans didn't have to be mourned and rotated to force air through the radiator. Neither assembly method provided a sufficient cooling effect to allow the Peltier modules to cool the water in the block. The fan mount is of poor quality. The fan housing is tightened with four screws, and the only thing holding it in place is the friction of the threads on the heatsink. There are no dedicated fan mounting holes. I only…

Excessively poor build quality; no quality control or final testing

I have ordered two of these units and both are of very poor build quality. In both blocks, all fans are installed incorrectly, the blades touch the radiator fins; Half of the fans are so attached to their flippers that they can't even turn around. Also, both devices had loose screws on the straps holding the fuser assembly and imperfect physical contact between the straps, the thermoelectric coolers, and the water block. Both devices also had excess thermal paste on all sides of the devices.
