We eat at Korean barbecues often enough to make it at home. I have tried different pans but this is by far the best. The swirl design and slant of the pan allow excess oil and fat to drain out of the hole and prevent too much dirt from building up in the pan. It also prevents the pan from producing too much smoke which other pans didn't have. The other pots we used produced so much smoke that we had to use an air filtered machine to keep the smoke alarm from working. This pan has never happened
