These are the best clamp pliers I've ever used. I had no luck until they found a locking pliers that didn't lose jaw alignment after a short period of time. Both pliers are solid and very well made.

I'm a full-time mechanic and I can tell you this set gets the job done! I always use it to remove stripped drain plugs. The tongs themselves move a little, but that doesn't affect performance. in general, the grooves have retained their sharpness so far! I don't like buying Tekton tools. excellent quality at a reasonable price.

I used to only buy vise pliers. I'm glad I tried them. From the moment I opened the package I realized these are quality tools. They are made from good strong steel which prevents the jaws from bending and shifting. They have a nice long thick adjustment knob on the back that's easy to turn with dirty hands, it even has a hole in the middle so you can securely attach it to a string or whatever. Can't say enough good things about it.
