🐾 Unleash Your Dog's Potential with the Terrain D.O.G. Elevation Leash Review

Just enough for my Corgi Shepherd mix. She is very strong and still learning her manners so we needed a leash to hold her. This has proven to be durable and comfortable to hold. The clip seems a bit flimsy so I'm hoping it lasts longer than a month which my last one did.

Impressively well-made: the rope is bulletproof but lighter than the rope in the cheap leash it replaces, the leather sheath feels durable, and the aluminum clasp is premium. The only thing missing is some kind of spacer for the "handle" of the rope loop, I'll deduct a star for that.

This is a very well made leash my pups have not scratched yet. They have a habit of chewing on the leash if we don't put it away, and this one stands up to their little razors. I was afraid the grip wouldn't be comfortable, but I was wrong. The hook at the end is just as strong as the rest and easily attaches and detaches to take our pups for a walk. Love it!

This leash was too short to walk my energetic dog. She likes to run ahead and scare deer and squirrels, but that's not possible with this short leash. I've used it successfully by wrapping it around a small tree and threading the end through the loop on the handle and then attaching it to my dog's collar. . This kept her from running away when I wanted to leave her outside while I worked in the yard.

Collected for my husband to keep in the truck so he has it on hand when we need to tie our dog on the road. We live on a farm so he is off leash most of the time during our travels but being a rescue dog there have been a few situations where he would feel better if he had that option. It's also short enough to give it the control it needs in those situations and strong enough to handle our St. Bernard/Lab mix.

This leash is great for taking my 8 lb Pomspitz on long walks and hikes. The length is perfect for keeping her close and giving her enough room to explore the trail. The hook that attaches to my dog's harness is like a carabiner so easy to attach and fairly secure! (see photo) You don't have to worry about your pup escaping. Great leader. what does he look like The leash attachment is a closet-style hook that is fairly secure. Also the mount is a swivel and very nicely made, not the cheap types that populate cheaper lines. The seams forming the loops are also protected by leather (or imitation leather).
