Feeling Kinda Bummed . Not Moisturizing at All

I really wanted to like this product, but I just really don’t. I have combination skin. The mask itself was soft and easy to work with, but it did not leave my face feeling moisturized at all. In fact, it feels even drier. I put it on after washing my face and applying toner as instructed. I left it on for 15 minutes and then gently pat the serum into my face. I let it soak a little further and my face just started feeling tighter and tighter. I’ve generously applied moisturizing lotion twice…
