So far these socks are exactly as advertised. They fit great, warm and soft. I wore them while walking on a glacier in Jasper National Park and my feet didn't get cold. I need to buy a third set.

I love these socks. Very comfortable and keeps feet dry and warm. This is very important in commercial fishing, especially when you get some water in your boots while you're working and have a few more hours of work before you can dry off.

I bought these socks for my husband because he wears heavy work boots. We live in Phoenix and I was worried they might be too thick for the summer as they turned out to help keep feet cool as wool wicks sweat. He loves them and ended up buying more!

This was my second purchase as the first pair of socks was fine. Fits well and washes well, no shrinkage. This second set of socks arrived smelling like they were soaked in oil. Very unpleasant smell. I've tried washing and air drying my socks multiple times but they still have a terrible smell. RETURN OF SOCKS. DO NOT BUY. There is no consistent quality.

I think this is a good buy for wool socks. No! I followed the instructions to turn my socks inside out before washing. Washed socks in cold water with a gentle wash with Woolite soap. Allow socks to air dry. The next day the socks seemed to have settled. I could barely get my fist through the hole let alone my leg. Disappointed customer.

My husband loves loves loves me socks We ordered a second batch because he loves them so much! my husband takes care of the lawn and where are the rubber boots and he walks on the lawn all day and in any weather and says he keeps his feet nice and warm and dry! He also likes to wear them at home to keep himself comfortable, so we're looking for more parties!
