This jacket was bought for a 7 year old child. She loves it. I had to show my friends here a magic jacket and pour water over it. Even with a little rain it starts to change a bit. We went to the apple orchard today, mermaids appeared in the rain. I bought more as she is having a growth spurt. But I would say it fits as expected if I bought the right size. Love the thumb holes too! Highly recommended.

My 6 year old loves this "magical" jacket. The images that appear when she gets wet are very funny. It's waterproof and the fleece lining keeps it warmer than a regular raincoat. We took a size 8 because I was worried she would outgrow a size 6 too quickly, so it's definitely too big for her. I expect it will last at least two rainy seasons. I appreciate the company's efforts to make the product more sustainable and I think it's worth paying a little more for.

I bought this jacket for our daughter who goes to indoor and outdoor kindergarten. I wanted something warm but waterproof as PNW winters can get very wet. This jacket is fully lined with fleece, even the hood and pockets. I love that it has an extended sleeve with thumb holes which does a very good job of preventing water from getting into the sleeves. This is the greatest, my daughter gets wet just to show her friends and teachers the hidden pattern. We love the light yet warm texture. Let them get in the car comfortably and safely and oh what fun on a beautiful rainy day! We can't wait for the snow to see how it holds up and if the snow will reveal the hidden pattern.
