The product itself is excellent. A third party is not so much. They advertised a 1 1/2" barrel and I got a 1" barrel. Go through the awkward return process: (It's so painful.) I know this happens. but what happened to a simple double check before order fulfillment?

Finally a curling iron that quickly curls and holds my hair! I use it like a magic wand, but you can use it either way. Excellent curling iron, I recommend it to everyone. I bought mine direct from Ulta and have also been told that titanium is gentler on your hair. Will buy again.
