Topping E30 USB Input/PowerDynamic range=19.5 bits. โ–บ E30โ€™s shell is just like TOPPING other products, made by machining center and engraved by high power laser. โ–บ A touch button turns on the unit (takes it out of standby) and also lets you select inputs. It has attractive look and design element. It has a orange LED displays. โ–บ Remote control: E30 with a remote control , it is easy to select the input mode, etc. โ–บ Distortion levels are incredibly low at -120 dB and lower. The addition of noise takes SINAD down to 112 dB which is most competent for a small little DAC like this.

Excellent duck for your money. Maybe he's spying on me.

If you are looking for a quality DAC at a low price, there are several options. Unfortunately, the emphasis here is on "a few". My last DAC, also from Topping (a different model), broke after just one year. It's a DAC, I kept it next to my computer all the time, never moved it or anything. He just collapsed. i wasn't happy So I didn't want to buy another topping. But here I am again, I couldn't find anything else that suited my needs for the money. I think it sounds really good, just wait andโ€ฆ

The E30 is a steal when it's $100 below the asking price.

So needs an old DAC from 2010, believe it or not USB Dongle Age "Micro II" from Turtle Beach. was excited to "upgrade" to a modern DAC. The system consists of a base PC, a DAC, an Alesis RA100 studio-grade power amplifier, and Alesis Monitor One's studio-grade reference monitors. This setup was damn good. When I set up my New Topping E30, the first question was how unfriendly it is to Linux. You can get it to show the right file dates (192) IF you use the right options in your software/playerโ€ฆ

Updated Test: Sounds as good, maybe even better, than my TEAC, which cost me over $400!

The thing is cool and I can even hear some sounds of songs I didn't hear on my more expensive TEAC like the bell in "Born on the Bayou". I like two modes, DAC and PreAmp. I only use it in a DAC and it drives one of two tube amps and I have to say it's a great buy at $129! I have the silver one and it gets power from a larger USB power adapter (2.1 amp connector) rather than the computer's lame USB port. I suggest you do the same as others have also reported a better "bump" as voltage andโ€ฆ
