I bought this helmet from a warehouse with a description of 'like new'. However, this helmet should have been rated as good. When I opened the Amazon shipping box and took the manufacturer's box, the helmet fell out. Someone thought it would be a good idea to put an open box upside down in a shopping cart. 5 stars so far, I just received this helmet today and haven't ridden it yet. The quality seems very good and the matte black finish is excellent, including the black flag. Soft leather interior, ear pads are easy to attach and detach. My head just measured 23 inches and the large one fits very snugly. This helmet is my style, love at first sight. Only the non-solid color helmet I have would easily get 5 stars for comfort and looks. Mine arrived quite scratched due to poor shipping procedures. I called and complained a bit, they got me a new one quickly the next day, a new one came with a balaclava hanging on the helmet.
