I bought these for my 15 Tacoma. They are ideal for replacing original parts. I can understand people asking for instructions, but all you have to do is look at the part installed and realize you have to remove the tail light to get to the back of the mounts. Super easy installation. Excellent purchase.

quick release and spring make this product less durable than the standard hinge. Only use this if your bed extender is interfering with the trunk lid latches. Luckily the hole pattern of both hinges is identical, so I recommend mounting the standard hinges first. If you find the trunk lid won't latch, order them and replace them.

I used these OEM stays on my 2018 Tacoma and they were used with a 2006 Tacoma bed extension. I removed the taillights, drilled the necessary holes, installed and tightened the hardware, reinstalled the taillight, and attached the bed extension. There were no instructions. I custom placed the brackets on the extension and marked the placement of the brackets before drilling the holes. The total installation time was less than 30 minutes.
