Poor quality: children's backpacks

I bought this bag. This is a very decent looking bag. But the quality is very bad. My 3rd grade daughter uses this bag and her shoulder straps already broke when she was only 4 weeks at school. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Will never buy this brand again

Poorly made. The zipper in the smaller compartment does not work. The handle is broken and there is a hole. My daughter only goes to school for 2 weeks and carries with her a book, 7 BLANK folders, 2 notebooks in 5 subjects and a few workbooks. Now I have to buy her a backpack. I will not buy from this company again. Absolutely ridiculous.

. like her school book bag, hoping it will be sturdy because it seems to carry a lot of things.

I am buying this item for my daughter to use as a school book bag hoping it will last as she seems to carry a lot of things to and from school. Well, the belt broke after about a month and a half. The thread on the strap snapped, leaving a gaping hole in the top of the pack. This is now a useless book bag with a shoulder strap.
