I love these knives! I ordered a set of these because they are the same ones Texas Roadhouse uses. I figured if you could use them consistently, they should be good. Comfortable handles, sharp and high quality.

Nice and sharp. They are easy to hold. Some people like it, some don't. I like it. After 6 months of intensive use and washing, no rust spots were visible. Blade still looks good. I definitely recommend it.

These are not flimsy cheap knives. Nice wide steakhouse style handle and thick blade with nice finish. The blades are sharp. The grip finish is perhaps my only downside. The handle is made of wood and is not dishwasher safe. A quick hand wash and dry is the best option. I would recommend this product, especially in this price range.

My husband tried them with grilled pork chops and was very happy. They look and feel like the finest restaurant steak knives. Serrated blades and handles are perfect. What's even nicer is the fact that they're unlikely to ever rust since they can be washed in the dishwasher. They're cheap, plastic handles, blades are very flimsy and flimsy, stainless steel gets dirty after about three uses. They cut, and they cut pretty well. I paid significantly more for a set of Wüsthof steak knives that are no better. If I had to do it again I would choose them over Wushof and save myself a hundred bucks. If you want the heavy duty knives you use at a steakhouse you'll spend about $40 each, just the reality of the business. Everyone says they cost $30.

These knives are really big. We've never had a steak that required a knife that big, but the knife certainly works well. The handle is too big for me, and in general it's too much for a small piece of meat. I give it a good rating because if you need a huge impressive sharp steak knife for a very thick steak this knife is good.
