I have a huge beard and mustache but this stuff works pretty well. It really needs to be reapplied because it's so soft it seems like it will wash off after a few hours. I've since switched to a harder wax that works better. The tube is REALLY small, I would say enough for maybe 3 full days of spearing.

This sealant works like a charm for my odd shaped face. My mask ALWAYS leaks so I tried it and TROGAN found my mask didn't leak! The sad part is that with 3 dives a day and a few snorkel trips I blew my snorkel in 2 days. I will be ordering many more for my next diving trip.

I haven't snorkeled since growing my beard and mustache and was afraid I wouldn't get a good seal. This stuff took my worries away after testing it in our hot tub. We have just returned from a snorkeling trip to several locations in Mexico and I have never had a problem using my own mask or the masks provided by the guides. Excellent material!

Bought an Oceanic Cyanea and had leaks. I took a multi-step approach - shaved off 1/4 inch of the mustache just below the nose, trimmed the hair a bit shorter, and then applied this protective mask. No leaks! No leaks snorkeling and no leaks after a 2 hour dive this morning. The price is very high for this small tube so while it works exactly as I hoped it would, the value isn't great.

Works! My mask doesn't leak. My mustache grows up to my nose. For this to work well I need to trim it maybe 1/4 inch and then smear it onto the shaved stubble to help the bottom lip of the mask adhere well to the skin. Takes a long time. One downside: Thought I might need to reapply it, I carried it in my swimsuit pocket and it would float up and disappear as I swam. Better carry it in a zipper bag or pocket.

This is the best solution we've found to make his mask less leaky while snorkeling! He puts this wax on his mustache while we're on the boat while we're getting dressed, and then it leaks a lot less underwater. Before discovering this, he was very frustrated with the constant leaking of the mask and simply suffered from salt water getting into his eyes, leaving red, irritated eyes.

This product really works. I have a short mustache and beard and have always worried about my mask leaking while snorkeling. One application of this before diving and the problem is solved! Pros: It works and is easy to use. Cons - there are not many. O was on vacation for ten days and snorkeled at least once a day. At the end of the holiday everything was gone. If you take your mask off while snorkeling, it will leak when you put it back on.
