Three important notes about these panels: 1) Please note: Mounting screws are not included in the scope of delivery. You must provide your own screws. Not a big deal, but it can be annoying if you were expecting them in the box. 2) The physical dimensions seemed a little off. I could barely get the rack screws into the holes at the widest point on either side. 3) The design says metal frame but the ones I received looked like they were plastic or had a plastic coating over the metal at the…

Good quality and functionality, but terrible execution!

Tripp Lite normally makes quality products and this one is no exception. They have some great features that most patch panels don't have, such as B. Removable port blocks. However, I am a professional wiring expert and would like to caution against this model as we had a very difficult time installing individual 23 gauge Cat 6 wire in the 110 IDC. Not easy at all as I find the plastic to be thick, too tight or too narrow for this gauge of wire. We used different brands of cables and all had…

Works well with minor imperfections

This is basically what you'd expect from a photo. It's actually a metal frame that contains three separate 8-port blocks. A plus not listed in the description is that there is a retaining clip on one end that can be easily removed to allow the three 8-port blocks to be removed separately, making it easy to disassemble the panel first install and then stamp.
