Not quite, the product description says the size is 12 x 12 x 3.5. Actual size is approximately 8 x 10 x 3. This is incorrect.

I bought this hoe because I needed an 8 inch wide hoe to dig a trench for a retaining wall I plan to build this spring. It fits my application perfectly and is actually 8 3/8 inches tall. Great quality for the price! You will need to purchase a Truper Ash pen for this, which is sold separately. I definitely recommend it and can't wait to start my project.

I'm a bit confused here. On the one hand, the idea of killing maggots on the lawn is a popular pastime. On the other hand, it is rather unattractive to create massive grooves in the lawn. That is, if Grub Hoe was actually designed to kill maggots, but I suspect it's not actually named after that gnarly little insect, but is certainly a by-product of using that tool.
