I came home one day and found a few gallons of water on the floor when a black rubber knee tore a small pencil sized hole and started to leak. My controller didn't detect the leak and my ATO kept pumping new water into the tank. There was a lot of pressure on the elbow. I bought this extension kit and it fits without tension. Good product if you have a reactor in an odd area of the sphere.

This makes installing the Fosban reactor extremely easy. It comes with two L-shaped rubber fittings and straight adapters to connect to 1/2" ID aquarium tubing (adjustable by the pump) so you can get the right flow rate here without over-pressurizing the fittings.

I wish this product came with the original unit when I bought it but unfortunately this expansion set does the job just fine. I had no sign of a leak at all. I would recommend this product if you plan to use it to hang from the back of your aquarium and you want the tubes to run straight down the back of the glass. Before using this product I was able to hang it from the back but the hoses were sticking out towards the center of my tank and I was constantly nervous that the weight of the hoses…
