I don't think mine came with the correct accessories - I bought an iPhone tripod from the same brand - no instructions on how to attach the light ring - advice please

Broke after about 2 uses. Cannot turn back on. We've kept it isolated, never knocked it over or left it on for long periods of time. He just died within two weeks.

This item did not light up once plugged into USB. The light came on, but nothing else. Luckily Revain got my money back. Didn't even want me to return the product.

Also, in the unit I received, the nut on the lantern that the ballhead attaches to was loose in the lantern, meaning it couldn't be installed, and worse, it could short out the lantern itself. Sent the item back for a refund.

They also sell this flashlight with a tripod but from a different company. If you are looking for bright light from afar, I recommend buying a larger LED. This works better for close range activities.

I've tried this with multiple USB ports and plugs to no avail. This is an unreliable product and not even worth $15. I need to replace it and this one is going to end up in a landfill in such a short amount of time.

I didn't know what to expect when I bought this light because I've never had one. Got it and put it in a phone stand I just bought and the light was AMAZING! The difference in the lighting I had before and with the light was huge! The best part is that even though the light is small, its brightness makes a big impact and I would take it any day! Ideal for home business owners live streaming or enhancing photos on social media.
