Beginner's Ultimate Origami Kit Ebook: Ideal Kit for Beginners - Origami Book with Easily Accessible Instructional Video Download Review

I bought this for a friend who recently had brain surgery. She needs to relearn how to write, and her occupational therapists suggested that this would be a good and fun way to start therapy. As an added bonus, she has grandchildren, and I thought she would enjoy teaching them how to origami a dinosaur, duck, or flower once she learned how to do it. The enclosed DVD makes this a particularly good deal.

This is not the best set for beginners. There is only one diagram per step, and some terms are never explained. The first page is about how to learn key (and the tone is oddly scolding for the first page of a beginner's product), but lacks some of the terms found in the book. The projects are too challenging for kids, my 8 and 12 year olds found them too frustrating as adults. But it's too hard for me to understand.

I confess I thought it was just a book of things, I didn't realize that this is a complete box, a set. I'm not disappointed. The book is the perfect size and the quality seems good. Everything is packaged in excellent condition. First you see the book, then the DVD and finally the newspaper.
