Very cheap material and fit

Pros: Looks good, fits well, is comfortable. Lots of stitching (although the stitching looks cheap and the stitching is too far apart). Cons: Extremely cheap paintwork. In addition, they are cheaply made. Velcro is very cheap. Wash it once and the color will fade on all edges. I won't buy them again unless they improve the quality. Possible solutions: tighten the seams, increase the Velcro, improve the Velcro, sew the Velcro to the pockets properly, or just switch to buttons. Do whatever you…

Ok but you get what you pay for (read: cheap quality)

He really likes these shorts I found for him, especially the length. He's 6ft 2in and most of the shorts are below the knee and go up so they were nice and long, not like capris. They fit perfectly on all sides. However, I am concerned about the seams. The quality is questionable I see. some puffs in prominent places like side pockets (not good if you don't like your clothes "baby") I can already see the long ropes hanging down and they are tied very messy as if it was made in This is Very bad…

Great fit and style

I'm 6'4" and 190" and they fit perfectly. The length is just below the knee, just the way I like it. Under 1.80m they might be a bit long but for taller guys they work really well. There are 2 downsides if you can call them that. Firstly the shorts have annoying tags that you have to be careful of. The second downside is that the material is a bit thinner than I would prefer. They will not stand up to heavy use or hard work. Although this is only a small disadvantage. I've had shorts made from…

*** Attention! Not the Cordova you expected! ***

I've been wearing men's Unionbay Cordova cargo shorts for years and wear quite a few pairs. Unfortunately, Unionbay saw fit to produce a cheaper variant of this once phenomenal short utility vehicle. How is it different from the originals? First of all, leg bindings no longer work. Where once they could be pulled tight and tied into a leg hole, they are now little more than non-functional window dressing. Just two 3 inch pieces of fabric that look like the leg holes could be tied shut. Cargo…

Men's Hidden Savings

If you can find them for less than $20 then I think you've found the right price because sometimes these shorts can go as high as 30 $ to $ 40 cost for a pair is too much. To be fair, they're made thin. I ordered two sets of black lettering and bought them when the price dropped to $14 each. To be honest they look like a brand you can find at Walmart like WRANGLER, they are nothing fancy except leggings which can be adjusted with a drawstring bottom or a hole and they also come with a cotton…

I will get any version of them!

Unsolicited story but I don't care. I accidentally bought a pair of these shorts in Hawaii many years ago. Wait. Let me rephrase that. I bought a very similar Union Bay short in Hawaii many years ago and it became an instant favorite of mine. And I'm the guy who wears shorts 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I am serious. My body thermostat runs very high, so I wear shorts even in winter. And I only wear long pants if I'm going to be outside for more than 45 minutes or if it's necessary. In any…

SLIM, cheap, overpriced (worn since 2015)

I've been buying UnionBay since 2015 instead of Revain. I had never heard of them and wanted to try the new men's cargo shorts that looked comfortable. I tried it, and since I was in Arizona and it was hot, the thinness helped a lot. When I say skinny, they are skinny. So subtle, if you get stuck in something in your pocket or your leg while walking, I tell you with confidence that not only will it scratch your pants, but if you stick to something, like a nail, it will likely rip your pants…
