Was very quiet at first but now it's probably as loud as the standard fan if not louder after it cranked up ordered another fan from th3d. Edit: Just measured and currently it is in the 45-50 dB range and is even louder

Long gone but WOW what a difference between day and night! I received this fan to replace my 50mm fan in the control box. It stopped moving air and I didn't know it and my control box overheated and I lost my logic board. This fan moves a lot of air and is so quiet that I have to check every once in a while to make sure it's working.

I bought these because the reviews said they were quiet. I turned on four fans at once, one in a week "failed" with a howl and a creak. So, after about two weeks, 3/4 of them are still quiet. I will report over a longer period of time. UPDATE: After three weeks, two Howlers, I downgraded to 3 stars. They don't seem to be any better than any other cheap fan. So now I rate them as disappointingly average in value.

Purchased to help cool my Ender 5 3D printer's main circuit board case because I accidentally snapped wires off my bearing. It was a direct replacement, a perfect fit, the cable was the perfect length and the connector was a snug fit. Quiet operation and more importantly you get 2 for the same price others want for 1. Make no mistake.

These fans move so little air I really can't think of any real use for them. I can't imagine they even improve natural air convection significantly. better fan.
