Worth the price, well done seller

The product consists of 3 parts: a USB connector and two plastic sides. They only sent a one-page package; I asked for a refund and the menu offered me the option to resend the item. Received quickly, all parts are present. Good service Uxcell & Revain, thanks! The product is definitely worth the money. On the other hand, be careful when soldering, the tiny pins can be easily lifted (although not completely ripped off) if you accidentally pull on the soldered wire. But again, for the price…

Pros
  • High score for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Almost never

The small world needs new skills. It's convenient and useful.

for little things and solder and make it for me for the challenge. Care must be taken to ensure you get the correct pinout. The solder pads are a good size for regular wire 24g or less, but there is no strain relief. The lids snap into place and provide a nice way to manipulate the plug - maybe a little hot glue can add some security once you're sure everything's in order. outside as well as for holding the fork during operation. (I used MagiDeal 10pcs MICRO USB female to DIP 5 pin pinboard…

  • Good assembly

Love them best in the Computers & Accessories category

They are great for electronics projects. I've had a couple of projects where I needed to use multiple buck converters and connect them to USB and that fit the bill. Easy to solder and easy to assemble. Installation is easy and so far they are holding up very well. However, I would add that you use your soldering iron at the right temperature for your solder. I overheated a little the first time and melted the edge of the first one I tried, but to be honest my soldering iron was raised too high.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Too Blunt

Exactly what I needed to fix the cable.

Received and installed today. One suggestion would be to include a drawing showing which very small solder pad connects to which pin of the connector. It took a resistance check with a micro to PCB adapter to find out. There is no obvious way to relieve the cable after assembly. I used one of the small tension bands and it seemed to work fine. Experience soldering small items would be a strong recommendation before attempting to use them.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • No paint required

Take MICRO seriously

These are nice little plugs, the only complaint is that the solder pads are as micro sized as the plugs themselves. Solder pads are not durable. I wrecked two forks before the third worked and felt like I had to take care of it. , all included). I would worry about making real external cables out of it.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Approximately

Does what it promises at a good price.

These are fragile items and require good soldering skills. They broke apart too easily. If you don't get it right on the first or second try, some might have trouble using it in moderate to severe conditions. They also work well and I have used them.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Quality

Not for everyone USB Cable

I bought these for personal cable repair and was disappointed with the size. These are snug fitting, interchangeable ends. So unless you have nimble fingers and a magnifying glass, it's difficult to work with. They're probably better suited for professional use than home repairs. If I had professional gear to work with, I would rate them higher, but they must be labeled to discourage their use by amateurs.

Great kit: computer and accessories

This is a great kit. I seem to break my microUSB cable every 2-3 months so I just gave up and bought this kit to make ends meet. Once you've soldered your end you'll definitely need to use some sort of epoxy in the case before snapping it into place. This reduces the tension on the wire.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Not as thick as other kits

Useful plugins for my Raspberry Pi projects

These do what they are supposed to. I have a few little quirks. My point is that the solder tabs need to be slightly larger. The plug should grow a little there, but there is enough space in the flap on the lid. Second, there is no pinout. I didn't see the pinout on any of the Micro-B connectors on the Revain so I'll fix that. I destroyed a connector by taking it apart and using a multimeter on it. Look at the back of the Micro-B connector. It has 2 solder points on the top and 3 on the bottom.

Pros
  • Feel good
Cons
  • Not the best
