These knives literally cut paper (and food!) like butter! You are unbelievable. I bought a sharpener from the same company to keep the blades in perfect condition! There is nothing better than a sharp knife! Worth every penny! Remember to wash and dry after use. I also have a magnetic knife block to place them. Perfect for keeping them nice and sharp!

I've always liked Victorinox (Swiss Army) knives. After watching an amazing review/comparison of quality knives. (You Tube. Americans test the kitchen) They compared the Victorinox chef's knife to the knife with the highest value for money, and it was very comparable. They even went into the steel composition. These are great knives! They are so cool, my ex kept them after we broke up. Well, she also kept most of my other stuff, and while some of those things were pretty useless, those are the only things I want to return.
