Got it! - Paring knife

Great knives, especially for the price. I grew up in the restaurant business and we sold many Victorinox knives to bars and restaurants in downtown New York. We advised clients on a budget to prefer these expensive German knives and they held up very well and stayed sharp. I have just replaced my Victoriox set which I have had for over 20 years! They still cut, but are finally getting a bit dull. The handles may seem a bit flimsy, but they are non-slip and very durable. This item comes highly…

Very good and very affordable

Bought four of these for myself and as gifts. These are good quality knives. Not the best but very good and very affordable. I also appreciate that the handles are not very thick or very large. I have very small hands and many quality knives are difficult to use because of the large handles. This makes it easier for me to handle the knife. The blades have the desired flexibility and are therefore well suited for their purpose. I can recommend her without hesitation. Those to whom I have gifted…

The best paring knives I've ever had!

I bought these knives 24 years ago and I still have them! They are still very sharp and I have never sharpened them. I finally found them on Amazon and ordered two sets for my daughters for Christmas! The price is great for these little paring knives and they will last for years! I hope to use them for another 20 years! You absolutely can't go wrong with these little gems. If these knives needed improvement I would suggest adding non-slip handles, but I'm not complaining as these knives are…

Sharp, stay sharp and have a GREAT grip - all for a great price!

I've always liked these knives because they're cheap, sharp and hold an edge. They're made of thinner metal in the blade and feel a little lighter - no matter how thin the blade is, but the lighter weight is a disadvantage as the knife is a bit more difficult to handle. The material of the handle is great as always! The fiber handle provides an excellent grip even with oily hands (this is a real problem for me as I have several "high quality" knives that I dare not if my hands are even slightly

Best Inexpensive Paring Knives

This is an inexpensive set of paring knives. Good steel, crazy in Switzerland, they stay sharp for over a year. We liked them so much that we bought a second set and use them as knives for steaks, as well as for cutting vegetables and for cooking. The handles are plastic and the blades are thinner, but these aren't survival knives, they're kitchen knives and they do the job very well. Not the prettiest look, so if you love pretty kitchen utensils, Victorinox makes knives with rosewood handles…

Great knives! good for paring knife

After another food knife broke while cutting, I decided to upgrade all my knives. Cooks Country gave Victorinox a high rating, review for review, which is why I chose this brand. To speed up my knife changes, I bought a couple of Revain Victorinox knife sets. A multipack contained a paring knife. One paring knife is never enough so I ordered these thinking they would match what I had. They didn't. When they arrived I was very surprised at how light they were (compared to the only Victorinox pad

Fantastic lightweight sharp knives!

I currently have 2 Cutco knives and love the weight and handles but unfortunately the utility knife doesn't cut straight. I need an everyday knife that cuts straight. Decided to try these. I didn't like how light they were, but I liked how sharp and straight they were. When I used a Cutco knife for onions and tomatoes, I reached for other knives to thinly slice ginger etc. It took me a while to get used to these knives as they are so light but they supersede very quickly all other knives. in my
