GREAT knives! These knives are replacements for the lost ones. I always have 3 in my kitchen. This is the ONLY knife I normally use.

The blade appears to be normal but the handle is really fragile. The handle reminded me of a disposable plastic knife. My wife and I decided we didn't like the clutch and sent it back. Victorinox usually make good kitchen knives, but this one seems cheap.

I LOVE THESE KNIVES. I HAVE YEARS LOOKING FOR KNIVES LIKE THIS. FOR PEOPLE WITH CARP TUNNEL OR WEAK WRIST. HOW ME THIS IS PERFECT. NO SHARP POINT, VERY SHARP serrated BLADE, VERY STRONG BUT LIGHT HANDLE. I ONLY BOUGHT 2 BUT NO THAT I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TEST AND USE THEM, I WILL GET MORE.

This series of serrated knives are excellent for their purpose. Inexpensive ultra-sharp tools for special purposes. A great addition to any knife holder. Buy any 3 or 4 sizes and find out which one works best for your specific application. I like the points for light boning etc. The road point is a bit heavier and stiffer. Suitable for small cutting jobs such as slicing tomatoes, etc.

This knife was originally bought as a steak knife but the family loves it for other tasks like slicing baguettes, tomatoes. This is probably the most used knife in the kitchen. My granddaughter has found it works great for rolling cold, firm butter into a mound that quickly softens and spreads on toast. This is a picnic or camping knife and is often never seen again. Which brings me to the next benefit: they are inexpensive to replace if lost.

This is the perfect picnic knife. The teeth mean you never need to sharpen it and it will slice through any fruit or sandwich with ease. This size is perfect for picnics or camping and the rounded end won't cut through pockets. A plastic handle will not rot or expand like a wooden handle and is much easier to clean and keep clean. I don't know if it's dishwasher safe, but I've definitely thrown it in enough times with no side effects. That's a great knife!

I have had one of these small knives for years and it has always served its purpose as a small and inexpensive all-purpose knife.
