Great price on these knives

So glad I can buy these from Revain now. These are good knives at a very good price! The ones I use I bought in Switzerland 25 years ago and they are still fine. I've never had anything but paring knives, and now I have others. I bought them for many friends and family.

Forever Sharp - Kitchen & Dining

I had two of these paired knives but somehow managed to lose one. I rarely use my other knives; You are wonderful! you stay sharp; so I rarely cut myself. Nothing is more dangerous than a dull knife. I quickly ordered a replacement because I never want to be without it again. We're vegetarians, so I peel and chop a lot of fruit and veg.

Everyone needs a knife like this

Even if you only use this knife for slicing tomatoes, it is worth the price. Just keep in mind that they come from the factory very, very sharp and if you're not careful you'll cut your finger with the tomatoes too. I don't know how I managed without it. This isn't paid advertising, I just like having a sharp knife in the kitchen. Also cuts meat, potatoes, cardboard, biscuits and milk jugs. Great knife!

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Weak set

Essential Cook's Tool

A superstar in the world of pair knives! Keep these numbers in mind as you use them, they are very clear but that is what makes them so easy and effective to use. The pen fits well in my medium-sized hand. It slices through carrots and other hard root vegetables like butter. I have found that there is less waste when peeling fruit and vegetables because of the precision it allows you to use. At first I wasn't sure if I appreciated the color red, but now I'm glad it's there. This makes it standโ€ฆ

Good little knife

My first Victorinox knife was a Christmas present to me twenty-five years ago. I still have it, it still cuts tomatoes, it's never lost its sharpness, it's been washed ten million times. I now have seven others in different sizes. My love and admiration for these knives is unchanging. The one I recently bought is for a friend who invited me to a spartan (apple) dinner at her place and gave me a knife to slice with. This knife did not even pierce the skin of the apple, nor did the second one she

The sharpest kitchen knife

I have had Victorinox knives for over 40 years, I have always liked the quality and practicality. This is my first non-Swiss army knife from them and it's amazing. It feels great in the hand, looks good and above all it is incredibly sharp. I'm not kidding - don't run this over your finger just to check, it will cut you and you won't even notice until you see blood all over your counter or (unfortunately) squeeze a lemon with that hand. So please be careful with the blade, which you should beโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

I upgraded my knives for budget reasons. These paired Victorinox knives are amazing. I also bought the Mercer line but so far the grip is more ergonomic. it cuts almost as well as a Victorinox, whether serrated or straight, even after sharpening. I bought 3 more pairs of Victorinox knives, one folding and one straight. They make it easier to peel apples, beets, potatoes. foldable because I go spearfishing and I needed a portable serrated knife to scale and fin the fish. I've also tried straight
