My daughter has a high bridge on her foot so I was surprised they were a little loose at the top. They were easy to return. The quality was great and the style looks just like the picture.

Our daughter is a size 12.5 so we ordered a size 13 thinking it would give her some wiggle room. The shoes have arrived and are adorable; she liked them very much. However, they are too big. I didn't think the half size is so much bigger. The strap on her feet was also very loose - since you could slide your toe between the strap and her foot - so her feet had no chance of staying in the shoes. In fact, she spent the day trying to get out of them. We'll keep her because her legs will grow back,
