The product itself is pretty cool but I got the product from avalanche brands and it had stubble and fully charged in about half an hour. there were also slight scratches. I paid for a new product and received a used one. Will most likely return the item.

Bought this clipper thinking it was a new clipper. They weren't cheap. They had hair and were clearly used. I don't have half of the protection kit. I am extremely disappointed. I needed this for work tomorrow. The description does not indicate that they are used or missing. I will contact the manufacturer. If they can't fix the problem I'll send them back and the next person will get these used clippers. And there's a piece of spring that's broken in them. Don't waste your time with this.

My wife cut my hair with these clippers and did an excellent job even though it was her first haircut. I love the wireless feature because we can go outside and control both the lights and the hair picker. Good product.
