These beanies are a little big for my short hair and the elastic is a little tight. I lose a lot of caps so this is a good buy for me because you get 4 for the price I usually pay for one. The colors are very pleasant.

The flexibility is lost and the color fades after about 2 months of daily use in the sea. The material is very thin. Unfortunately, this is the only bright orange Lycra cap available. I'm looking for the best, but it just doesn't exist. If you're not here for the color ditch that piece of junk and get a speedometer or TYR, I have lycra baseball caps from both of those brands and it's really not a problem.

Ideal for keeping hair out of the face. Does not protect hair from water. I like these hats when it's hot, but the regular silicone hat is too hot. It is not hot in this hat like in a silicone hat. If your goal is not to compromise your hair, then this cap is for you. Continuous. I've had it for a while and there are no signs of wear. The color is just as vibrant as new. Great addition to your gym bag.

LOVE the colors but the Water Gear hats are a little smaller than I like. My long hair *hardly* fits in it. A swimmer with very long or very thick hair will not be happy with this cap. I love lycra caps because they don't break my hair like latex or silicone caps. I can soak my hair in conditioner before swimming to protect it from chlorine or salt water. A lycra cap stays in place, while a latex or silicone cap slips off instantly.
