Two of them had a hole and were unusable. I had to run around at the last minute trying desperately to find the balloons I needed.

Good value considering how much each individual letter costs at a general store. Unfortunately, some emails started leaking within 5 minutes of inflation. The good thing is that we didn't have double letters in the name we used, so we were able to use the extras in the pack. Inflate with included straws.

What I really liked about these letters is that the air can be vented again and reused. There were even extra letters in that order! I really liked them, they are great! Only downside, balloon glue doesn't stick to them, I would recommend using a rope, I ran out of space to hang them so I put them there but they kept falling off!

I love the star pattern it helped me distinguish my daughter's name from the happy birthday balloon set I ordered separately. The only problem I had was that the 'Y' and 'A' in her name had to be taped over as there were no holes to line up letters like 'D', 'L' and 'N'. I look forward to using the product again for my son's birthday. I hope all his letters have rope holes.

The website says they can be reused, but they're pretty cheap. So if you try to blow them off, they tear and tear! Price wise it's a good value, so good value once you use them! Also, not all the letters were in the package and some of the letters were lowercase, so the sentence looked weird due to the combination of uppercase and lowercase, especially the word "birthday" was all uppercase except "B" which was lowercase! It just looked weird!
