This is a great drive, very quiet, easy to install and at a very good price. The only thing I didn't like was that there is no SATA power connector in the kit, but you can find it in the motherboard accessories. Great hard drive!

I chose this SATA drive for my Dell 8400. I originally wanted a 250GB hard drive to replace my original 80GB hard drive. I cleaned and defragged the original drive and the installation of the new drive went perfectly! However, I found problems with Microsoft software (XP, Outlook 2003 and Word) that I could not solve. These problems had nothing to do with the drive itself! So I reinstalled 80GB as the boot drive and added WD as the second storage device. Everything worked perfectly again. Data…

Works fast and cool. lots of storage space. At this price I give a buy recommendation. I've been using it for 3 months now and no problems. Reduce the loading time of some games from 20 to 9 seconds. Must buy.

I replaced my Dell 4600 80GB IDE drive with this drive. This significantly impacted performance. The installation instructions were a bit confusing, but once I figured it out, the software that came with it installed the drive and copied all the files from my old drive, including the boot record and Windows XP. I then unplugged my old drive and rebooted with the new one.

I opened the package and found a problem with the wrong chassis for the external storage I was trying to connect. Tiger Direct took the device and showed it to me. The seller spent some time on the phone to see if he could find a similar device for my needs. I was pleasantly surprised KD

Great product, it's really quiet, after installing it I turned my computer's fans off, it was hard to tell the computer was even on! Outstanding speed. All in all a really good product
