Disappointed: pliers

Made in Italy. The quality is "good" and not worth the extra cost. I would say it looks like instruments from China. I should have researched it before buying.

Perfectly balanced instrument

Using this thin and precise instrument will bring out any hidden surgeon. This is an Italian beauty that seems to float in the hand; soft return spring makes work easier. The tips are well aligned and the grips are attractive and comfortable. It's great for placing delicate components (or removing shards). And as far as I know, this is the best remedy for gray hair. Now I have two of them (so a pair of pliers). I would highly recommend this tool to anyone and will be buying it soon as many Wiha

Works well but quite expensive for what they are

These pliers work well. They remind me of the stamped Xcelite pliers I used a lot. The handles are very comfortable, this is my favorite part of the tongs. However, these are still stamped, relatively imprecise and quite expensive pliers. I think the price premium of about $10 for Wiha ESD precision pliers makes it worth buying these standard Wiha pliers. These pliers are somewhere between the excellent Wiha anti-static pliers and the fairly cheap but usable pliers with the Xcelite stamp.
