Although they are designed for single use, they are easy to reuse if you just fix the inner tape. They can be easily pulled apart and closed with a second adhesive tape. Then they can be sealed with packing tape. I have used these sleeves to wrap champagne, wine, beer and barbecue sauce without tearing. Highly recommended.

I managed to deliver 4 bottles of wine and 1 bottle of limoncello from Italy to the USA without any problems. I am sure that even if one of them were to break, the seal would not allow it to get into the pouch. I would definitely buy them again. The only thing I would like to add is that they are for single use only and cannot be reused. I wish they were reusable.

I didn't like this style because it has a disposable adhesive closure. I prefer others that have a ziploc plus velcro closure and are therefore reusable. I think bubble wrap in this style (same as the ziploc velcro style) provides adequate protection for the wine bottle. I just prefer reusable ones.

I travel a lot and like to buy wine wherever I go. I recently thought about buying this case for $300 + wine set but didn't really want to spend that much money. I'm no wine expert, but I like to enjoy fine things. I had my doubts and wrapped myself in a towel too but oh my god they worked great and when I flew from California to Florida I had no problem with my 6 bottles of wine. I recommend this wine box!

Read on the blog that they were recommended for travel so I bought 6 packs for my upcoming trip to Napa. They are fully sealed so if the bottle breaks (God forbid!) nothing gets into your suitcase. We checked in our luggage and all our bottles were scattered across the country with no problems! We also saw them for sale all over Napa but of course they charged $5 to $10 for a waterskin!

This was perfect for my trip to Ireland. If you have wine shaped bottles this is perfect. However, we didn't have bottles of whiskey in the form of wine. So it was difficult to get them in those bags. Also, I want them to be reusable. You can choose not to seal the bag and reuse it, but if you don't repack the bottles could slip out. Otherwise everything worked out and our whiskey can return safe and sound.

Great product! I visited French wine country knowing I would bring a suitcase full of wine. I advised my friends to buy them because I knew they would do the same, but they didn't. Though they were both able to source bubble wrap and duct tape, one friend's wine returned safely while the other had a red wine break and most of her clothes were stained. I was the only one who didn't have to play - thanks to Wine Skin! Also, I should be able to reuse them on future trips.
