Winstonia 20 Piece Nail Art Stamp Stamping Image Plate Set - Ideal for Manicure and Pedicure - First Generation Review

This is my first nail stamping experience and so far so good! I used several images and they worked great. In fact, it's all about the varnish you use. I haven't bought a dedicated stamping varnish (yet), but I've found that some varnishes in my collection (like Sally Hansen's InstaDri) work well for stamping. Just try different varnishes and print on paper to test them. Also watch a YouTube video about nail stamping - very helpful!

Update - Not wanting to give up I have a solid stamp and MUCH better results. Not very good, but I finally got them to preform. Most images are not fully captured. It is very difficult to work. Very disappointed. I do not recommend. You get what you pay for and after this experience I stick with quality brands.

Another set of plates for my collection! Winstonia was new to me so I decided to give it a try, I was very impressed! These plates have a traditional paper base and adorable images! (Check out the W115 sign!). These cymbals are clearly printed like other brands I have so there is no need to look at them. I recommend this to other active stampers who use popular stamping brands like Konad and Bundle Monster etc and people who just want to have fun with their nails!

As a hobby artist I award 4 stars. I watched a lot of stamping tutorials and learned trick after trick. Now all I can do is practice; I would say that with the help of these plates I get a stamp and transfer of the design onto the nail 80% of the time. I use stamping polishes as well as regular polishes and an old credit card as a scraper. I think these tools give me the best results at my level (ha). The patterns are engraved well, the design is pretty cute, and overall they work pretty well…
