Wrong filter for fuel filter

This filter is not for the 2007 Saturn Ion - The filter/strainer is located in the fuel tank and is part of the fuel pump assembly.

2004 Fuel Filter Pioneer

First replacement fuel filter for a fuel injected engine. YouTube videos helped. I used zip ties to secure the filter to the bracket as either the mechanic broke the existing plastic tie on previous modifications or it broke on its own.

I drove 100,000 miles in my '08 Chevy Cobalt and was amazed at the amount of black junk that fell out.

Unfortunately fuel filters are often forgotten during maintenance. It is important to have a clean fuel filter! Inexpensive service and worth your time! I had 100,000 miles on my Chevy Cobalt 08 and was amazed at the amount of black dirt that fell out when I removed this filter! Absolutely had to! I love Wix filters and use them whenever possible.
