Game-Changing Moulding System!

Based on our own experience, this system has revolutionized our ability to create custom mouldings effortlessly. The interchangeable blades are easy to switch out, and the resulting profiles are precise and clean. The system also includes a handy storage case that keeps everything organized.

Pros
  • The system is easy to use and produces clean, precise profiles.
Cons
  • The system is a bit pricey, but the investment is worth it for the quality of the results.

5/16 " knives will not fit

I gave a 3 because the forming head is fine but has a hellish 1" hole but only for 1/4" steel is intended. I have 3" knives in 5/16" M2 steel and they don't fit. I took the spacers that hold the blades to a belt sander and sanded them 1/16 inch. Bad decision I think, but 5/16" steel is pretty standard. So now I have a working head.

Pros
  • 3" long
Cons
  • No performance

Nice design and finish

I have one of these to use with custom knives and it's perfect! The serrated knife I buy and sharpen to order fits right in with this Aluminum milled grooves of this cutter head, and also the rest of the functional features of this product are very well designed and implemented. Very high quality workmanship throughout. If you want to buy a steel cutter head and pay 3 times as much, you must run a commercial operation. For the serious hobbyist or For DIYers like me this cutting head is the best

Pros
  • 3" diameter
Cons
  • Out of fashion
