Finding the right size for every compression is always difficult. I would probably go one size bigger. or maybe even two of your big or long arms or legs. waist measurement above. Order two sizes larger than you usually wear! Sizing aside, these are well-tailored garments made from the same fabrics currently used by all major sports companies. This whole package is roughly the cost of a single item or less than advertised major clothing companies. I haven't had any of the downsizing issues that some people have reported in the past.
