UPDATE REVISION 06/06/2016 ONE WEEK AFTER THE RETURN DATE THERE IS A 3 FOOT DEAD SPOT. CENTER OF 25 FEET ROPE. Very frustrating! THE LIGHT IS ON ONLY 3 HOURS A DAY - THAT IS A LIFETIME OF APPROX. 100 HOURS. THIS MUST BE RETURNED. Original publication one week after delivery. It's too early to tell. Will it last as long as the ones we've had in the past? Won't a section burn down leaving a gaping space in the dark? We got what we paid for and it works perfectly now, nice warm white colour.

A 3 foot section, at about the 90 foot mark, a small circuit/capacitor in the tube blew causing a section to not work. I was able to cut out this section and connect it to the next working section, but I'm concerned that the connector will fall apart over time since it's a fairly cheap plastic sleeve. Don't buy these WYZworks Outdoor LED Strip Lights, they are poorly constructed and will fail. I bought two of these long sections, both failed miserably. As others have said the PVC turns milky white, looks like it has been sprayed with a chemical that will penetrate and corrode it; and mine are even covered with minimal direct contact with water.
