Don't buy this! for printer ink and toner

The cartridge shows it's a genuine Xerox cartridge but it doesn't work properly and prints extra small spots all over the paper. Don't buy this!

Faulty Cartridge - Never had a problem but this seller seems to have a lot of bad reviews for this product.

I have had this printer since it was new many years ago. I've never had any problems with toner. High capacity toner lasts me a few years; and I always have one on hand for installation so I don't have downtime. It's too late for a replacement. I recommend you to order from another supplier.

Defective cartridge

This cartridge was only used 40%, after that it started leaving blue streaks on printouts. I replaced it with a new cartridge from another supplier and the problem was gone. I want to contact the seller but my 30 day return period has expired and I can't contact them to see if they will fix the issue. So at this point I would not recommend buying this item and spending a lot of money to only use 40% of it. However, I have bought one of each of the other colors in the same order and as far as Iโ€ฆ

The print cartridge creates a design over the printed document.

The print cartridge creates a repeating wavy line pattern on the printed document. When I fixed the problem, I replaced the cartridge with another new cartridge I bought from another supplier and the printed pattern disappeared. This is clearly a defective cartridge and probably a replacement product, not a Xerox product. While it's positioned as an OEM, I don't think that's the case. It wasn't until I looked at the customer reviews that I realized I wasn't the only one who had been sold aโ€ฆ
