Yamaha MAR-MTRCV-ER-60 Motor Cover for 115, 130, L1; MARMTRCVER60 Review

Engine cover ordered does not fit the engine. This is too little. I would not recommend ordering this product for a 115hp engine.

I bought this to save some money. When it arrived and smelled exactly like fish, I knew I made the right decision. Exactly what I was looking for.

This is my fourth YAMAHA outboard case. Two of these were used to protect two HPDI 200 pumps on my sea vessel, a third was used to cover another 200 HPDI on a boat in the bay and this was to cover a Saltwater Series 130 on a bow rider. All the YAMAHA covers I bought fit my YAMAHA engines perfectly.

I have a pair of 2004 115 hp Yamahas on my open fish. The covers are well done; However, they don't fit properly. The covers do not fall below the lip of the hood when fitted on engines and there is only one adjustable strap at the front of the cover. In high winds they were constantly being blown by the engines and would have been lost had the forward sling not been installed around the control cables.
