We have been installing motorized blinds for a few months now and are very happy with them so far. Pros: - Great customer service: They initially came with slightly wider blinds. than ordered. We ordered just before the Covid shutdown in China and they got it right on reopening and not sure if it is affecting their operations. However, their customer support was very responsive and always responded once they opened up in China, either the same day or the next depending on when you emailed them.
