I am using these for 'off label' reasons. That means I'm paranoid about packing my precious babies' clothes and accessories for their children. They go with lots of little outfits, which I then pack into big bags so I can wait in the attic for my grandkids one day. They are also great for storing wetsuits and towels, shoes and toys. Plus food. I believe that is also used on the label. :)

I don't know anyone anymore, but they're hard to find in our area. Sure, two gallons is enough for most freezing jobs, but I mostly use it to freeze two loaves of bread at a time. Also, these bags have freezer weights - I don't even bother with regular weight bags. The pockets have a color changing zip, not the ones that slide over the top zips (which frankly often break even on the first use!). This size is also great for travel and storing stacks of small Ziploc bags.

These extra large zippers are perfect for travel. Sometimes I pack the essentials of a day's kit into a bag, which comes in handy when I'm just staying in one place for a day and moving on. Using bags this way makes it easy to put together an outfit without having to rummage through your entire suitcase. Even if I don't use panniers, I always use them to separate my dirty clothes from my clean clothes. Since the bags take up almost no space, I keep 10 or 12 in the pocket of every suitcase I use
