I love steamers. When I buy veggies that aren't in the steam bag and I only need 1/2 a bag instead of a whole bag of those veggies, I cut open the plastic bag they come in and put what I want to eat in the bag for steamer and . alt" After a few minutes while preparing the rest of the meal, I prepared freshly cooked veggies to serve with the meal. They even work with freshly picked veggies. I highly recommend this product. Something every housewife use should.

I rely on these bags to keep my veggies in order. Nothing is wasted and there is no cleaning. Vegetables retain their beneficial properties and color. The trick is figuring out how long it takes for each vegetable to be cooked to your liking in the amounts you normally need. Once you've made your decision, write it down. For me it's easy. I like veggies to be lightly cooked, so I just cut the cooking time in half. The store I bought them from doesn't have them anymore so Revane saved the day!
