Bought this Zojirushi CW-PZC22FC from Japan-Dealz. I thought it was made in Japan but it is made in China. Something is dangling in the lid when you turn the boiler, then something in the lid rattles. I think Japan_dealz is misleading. Pay more to be made in Japan for safety and peace of mind.

This was a great addition to our kitchen. I will never live without him again. The water comes to a boil fairly quickly, I was expecting it to be a lot slower. Used my old Zojirushi CW-PZC30FC from 2003 until it broke late 2019 (Trust me better!) Recently bought the same model from Revain, was a bit disappointed (to my disbelief), that the water pumped out by the pump contains small particles. This boiler wasn't working after 6 months, I called Zojirushi support, they recommended me to buy the same brand cleaner that should solve the problem problem .
