That's exactly what they say. Just ugly and not what you want in the back seat, but then again better than the alternative. Keeps the seat clean but still requires you to clean it so don't know why it's an advantage

I like the fabric as it prevents spilled water from getting on the car seat. But since I can't secure the bottom or sides of this cover, my dog moves it around the car seat too much. It's also kind of torn, but not at the seam. I will buy another product entirely.

I put this in the back of my Honda CRV to minimize the shedding inside. Our 75 lb black Lab loves to ride her back and she hasn't torn it up yet and we have had it for a few months now. The price is so cheap that I wouldn't care if it broke after just 6 months. At this rate I don't think so.

This pet seat cover not only fit my dog well but also my granddaughter. She is only 2 years old. old and driving in her car seat and her feet are touching the seat and this cover helps keep the dirt off her feet and on the seat so not just for dog footprints but for baby footprints too! Mine looks new after 3 years of use with a 45lb dog in the back seat of a Subaru hatchback. I've bought other brands in the past and they fell apart after a few months, as did some of the products reviewed here. Maybe these are different products under the same brand name? I bought mine (from another Amazon retailer but presumably the same brand) in October 2016 for $8.

It amazes me when people pay $7 for a product and then complain that it falls apart over time. NO JOKE does. I think this is a great product for the amount I paid. It lasts for several months and after a while I happily throw it away and buy a new one.
