The support is terrible if you get the product working cross your fingers

Worked fine no alarm function. Googled the solutions and got feedback on how terrible the tech support was. I asked for support and they gave me a run with someone from another country. After 40+ emails, they're still raising the same questions. Basically tried everything and kept getting "video loss" both in the app and in the monitor. Everything was fine when it worked, but now even their support team doesn't know what to do and they've already replaced the dash cam themselves. Stay clean.

You get what you pay for

- software poorly designed / sloppy - motion sensor doesn't work as it turns off for no reason or not at all, regardless of the setting - after a week the recording stopped randomly: when viewing events is there being random black screens with recorded events - a vertical multicolored line has started to appear on two of the four cameras, the line is moving across the screen - customer service is only available via email which took a day or two to resolve he received an answer , and there was a

Good system, terrible cables!

The system arrived well packaged and on time. After connecting the NVR and doing the initial setup, I was impressed with the features available on the device and how easy it was to connect the Zosi app to my new NVR. However, I would like to start off the next part with the fact that I have been working in IT for almost 20 years. Great system

Installation was pretty easy for me. Almost everyone should be able to get this facility. The hardest part for me was figuring out where and how the cables run. Two 100ft and 60ft coils were more than enough for my setup. I had an issue with one of the cameras not working (see photo). I changed cameras and lines to test this, with the same results. I have already bought several zosi Dvr, all different types and cameras. I tested them all for a while.
