🔪 ZWILLING Twin Signature 11-piece Knife Block Set, Chef Knife, Bread Knife, Black Review

We decided to buy this twin set to replace our 15 year old Wüsthof which is still sharp and cuts well but is missing two parts: a serrated knife and one of steak knives. The scissors in this set are a bit smaller, but I really like that the Santoku knife is easy to use and very effective at slicing and slicing chicken breasts and fillets for stews. We have high hopes for this set and hope it performs as well as our old set.

Nice set of knives for the kitchen. I would prefer this version to the steak knife version as I don't like their steak knives. I have the same set including steak knives but I would buy this set and buy your own steak knives - the block even fits 6 of your own steak knives. Terribly sharp that stays sharp over time. Blades at 15 degrees, except for a serrated knife - I think 10 degrees. As a kitchen knife, this set is great! PS: Scissors are good too!

We researched knives from various sources. The Zwilling Twin Signature set doesn't take first place, but it does make it into the top 5. Considering our average use for everyday cooking, this 11-piece set met all of our requirements in terms of style and quality. The knives are well packaged and arrived quickly. They all seem to be very durable and are all very sharp out of the box. Knives justify the price with quality. My only complaint, which is on the small side, is the included knife block. It doesn't feel like it was made for this knife set. Before them I had terrible knives, so I immediately fell in love. Knife. The knives are so sharp that we both accidentally cut ourselves washing dishes. The knife block is good but I'd like to hang it under the cabinet as I've seen in some kitchens. I like that the metal runs through the whole handle as I feel like I'm holding the knives well.
