🔪 Optimized ZYLISS Kitchen Scissors Review

I was outside with scissors. The central plug fell off and went into the storm sewer on the street. I can't figure out how to sharpen these scissors.

Very sharp which I like. Blades will slip and spread unless they cut or jam. They used to have a pair without a loop grip that worked better.

Excellent kitchen scissors. In general I like Zyliss products but they are definitely much sharper and more durable than kitchen scissors. They will last a long time!

I was so impressed that the blades disassemble for easy cleaning. I have another Zyliss shear that is older and need another for our RV and I am not disappointed with the ease of use.

I love these scissors. This is my second pair. I let someone else use my other pair and they don't cut anymore. I'm thinking about optimizing them. I particularly appreciate that they can be disassembled for thorough cleaning/disinfection.

I can't believe I've waited so long for kitchen scissors. I like her. I have several Zyliss knives that have lasted and continued to perform for years, so I trust the brand. The blade latch keeps them securely closed, not only protecting the blades but also preventing cuts when you reach into the drawer. I love that you can separate the blades for cleaning because nobody wants chicken juices hiding in there. They are also very easy to detach and reattach. I was just concerned about them staying

Love these kitchen scissors. I've had them for two months now and use them several times a day. They're a good size and weight, cut well and are more than just the usual old pair of scissors I keep in the kitchen (which is what I've used). They can handle anything regular scissors can, but have additional features that make them very handy in the kitchen. And it works for both right-handed and left-handed people.
