This purchased phone has an outstanding debt and my provider recommends that I pay the balance or buy another phone. This phone appears to be BLOCKED and the seller refuses to pay for the return postage. It is absolutely not my fault that I have to return this iPhone. The seller should take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for a bad iPhone inspection or resale process.
