Review on Reese 7031400 Tri Ball Mount Hook by Nathan Akers

The mount comes in a barely fitting box with no ball/hook protection. Due to its weight, it tears open the box during transport. The first one I ordered arrived torn/damaged/rusted. Realized it was a mistake and ordered a replacement. Revain was great on return, no problem. The second came in worse condition than the first; Packaging torn, dents/dents/corrosion. To be honest, it's like someone has one in the garage that they bought for a dozen and tagged "Reese" because it's not the quality of a big brand I've ever gotten. Chrome work is cheap and came with tape on the first device (where paint meets chrome)? The ball has dings/dents and the second had the name tag half peeled off. I'm sending the second one back and changing the brand. There is another review showing the mount and poor quality. If you need a visualization, I won't waste my time on it anymore.
